Policy Overview
- Return Period: 30 days from delivery date
- Refund Processing Time: 10 business days from receipt
- Return Shipping Costs: Covered by the customer
- Restocking Fee: No restocking fee is applied
We have a 30-day return policy, which means RETURNS MUST BE INITIATED AND THE ITEM RECEIVED BACK TO US WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return please contact us first returns without first emailing us will not be accepted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. (Please note add-ons-such as Shipping Protection are non-refundable.) IF A CHARGEBACK IS FILED AT ANY GIVEN TIME CUSTOMER WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND EVEN IF THEY RETURN THE ITEM NO EXCEPTIONS.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@apollojade.com. BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN OR EXCHANGE COST. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Incorrect Address Upon Purchase
Please note, we are unable to provide refunds or free re-shipments for orders with incorrect addresses after the order has been shipped. Please make sure to double check and ensure that the delivery address you entered at checkout is correct and up to date. If you do not provide the correct address at checkout, and the product is delivered to the incorrect address you provided, we can not offer free replacements, post-shipment cancellations, or shipping cost refunds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will gladly place a new order for you at no additional cost.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Not withstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
